By downloading, installing, or using The Best Quran App ("the App") or visiting our website at thebestquranapp.co.uk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or website.

The Best Quran App provides a digital platform for reading, listening to, and engaging with the Holy Quran. Features include:

• Quran text in multiple editions and scripts
• Audio recitations by various reciters
• Reading progress tracking and daily streaks
• Bookmarks and personal notes
• Offline download of Quran text and audio
• Daily reading reminders and verse notifications
• Optional voluntary donations to support the app

You may use certain features as a guest. To access full functionality including progress sync, bookmarks, and notifications, you must create an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide a valid email address and accurate information.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content from the App.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Use the App in any way that disrupts or damages its operation.

The App offers optional voluntary donations to support its development and maintenance. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Donations are non-refundable except in cases of technical error. We do not store your payment card details. Donating does not grant any additional rights or guarantees.

The App, its design, code, and content (excluding Quranic text) are the intellectual property of The Best Quran App. The Quranic text is sourced from reputable open Islamic digital resources and remains in the public domain.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be available at all times or free from errors.
• The App will meet your specific requirements.
• All Quranic text and translations are free from typographical errors.

Religious content is provided for informational and devotional purposes. For scholarly or legal Islamic guidance, please consult a qualified scholar.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Best Quran App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
